Leadership Bloom Advisors was founded in 2016 by a small group of former executives who had experienced first-hand how transformative — and how rare — truly great leadership development can be. After decades in corporate roles spanning operations, strategy and human resources, our founders stepped away from the boardroom to create the consultancy they wished had existed when they were rising through the ranks.
Based in Laval, Quebec, we started with a simple premise: leadership is not a title, it is a practice. That practice can be taught, refined and scaled when you combine rigorous methodology with genuine human connection. Over the past nine years, we have worked with more than 160 organisations, coached over 400 individual leaders and facilitated hundreds of workshops across Canada and internationally.
Today, our team has grown, but our philosophy remains the same. Every engagement begins with deep listening, proceeds with evidence-based interventions and concludes only when lasting change has taken root.

With 22 years of executive experience in operations and strategy, Marguerite brings a rare combination of boardroom perspective and coaching depth. She holds an MBA from HEC Montréal and is a certified professional coach through the International Coaching Federation.
Senior leadership consultant
Samuel specialises in team dynamics and organisational culture. Before joining the firm, he spent 15 years in human resources leadership roles in the technology sector. He holds a master's degree in organisational behaviour from McGill University and is a certified facilitator of several 360-degree feedback instruments.

Camille designs and delivers our emerging-leader programmes. Her background in positive psychology and adult learning theory allows her to create experiences that are both intellectually rigorous and deeply engaging. She is passionate about helping high-potential managers make the leap to senior leadership with confidence and clarity.
